Mike was under pressure and reacting badly to criticism of his console project, deleting social media comments and lashing at at his detractors.
Some of the comments that were deleted were just asking questions about the hardware inside the console but they had to go.
Pretty soon it was becoming a full-time job for Mike to keep up with the negativity and delete the comments fast enough.
When he could no longer keep up, he turned to banning those who questioned the legitimacy of his sales pitches.
Famously, he referred to the comments of Pat Contri and Ian Ferguson of the Completely Unnecessary Podcast as drunken commentary. A comment that would continually come back to haunt him.
